1. Product Overview
WES5302-111 is an integrated rack-mounted field master controller independently developed by GE, not a VME plug-in board, different from Mark VI/EX2100 turbine control DSPX, EROC, WSVO series modules.
It integrates analog/digital input and output circuits, real-time control processor and multi-channel communication interfaces in one metal heat dissipation chassis, which can independently complete on-site process control without matching additional I/O terminal boards.
The controller supports dual redundant power supply and dual Ethernet ring network redundancy to ensure uninterrupted control in critical power plant and offshore working conditions. Built-in multi-layer EMI filter and surge suppression circuit, conformal coated PCB to resist salt fog, high temperature and high humidity.
It is widely deployed as auxiliary control station for gas/steam turbine lube oil system, cooling water system, generator seal oil system, and also used in oilfield process control, chemical production line and wastewater treatment automatic monitoring. GE has stopped new production, only refurbished and surplus spare parts available in aftermarket.
